The Skinny:
So there’s this guy named Yahtzee (or Ben, depending on who you ask) who’s an English-born, Australian-based video game journalist. Every other week or so he posts video reviews over at the Escapist.
Why he’s awesome:
For one, the guy is like a well-spoken vitriolic coke addict dishing out opinions at break-neck speed. His unique choice of wording juxtaposes with quirky simplistic animations that illustrate his various spot-on points. Some people are saying that Ben is starting to burn out, and that keeping up with making the funny on a regular basis is juice the poor chap of the mojo that’s made him so like-able. I think he’s keeping up just fine and that, if anything, he’s getting better as he goes on.
Yahtzee, you brilliant bastard, I salute you.
